PodcastWorkflow.ai provides a suite of tools for podcasters, including but not limited to: clip finding, SEO optimization, content repurposing, thumbnail generation, timestamp generation, hook generation, and teleprompter tools.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
New users receive a 30-day free trial with access to premium features. No credit card is required to start the trial. After the trial period, you may upgrade to a paid plan to continue using premium features. Free tier access remains available with usage limits.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
We may change subscription prices at any time. Existing subscribers will receive 30 days notice of any price changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Refund requests after 14 days are handled at our sole discretion.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content to provide our services.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload all User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by PodcastWorkflow.ai and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PodcastWorkflow.ai and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
